Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating a Coretyx account offers several benefits:

What if I forgot my password?
Simply click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. You will be guided through the steps to securely reset your password.

What if I entered the wrong email address during checkout?
Please contact our customer service team immediately at cs@coretyx.com to update your contact information. While we can correct your email, name, or address in our system, we cannot alter an order once it has been placed.
Important: Always ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Incomplete addresses may result in returned packages and the inability to fulfill your request.


Payment & Security

What currency are your charges in? Are there exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your credit card uses a different currency, the final amount charged will be converted by your card issuer based on their prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit cards, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online payment?
Your security is our priority. All credit card transactions occur on SSL-secured pages. Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted directly to our certified payment processor's network for authorization. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.


Order Changes, Cancellations & Shipping

How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at cs@coretyx.com. A cancellation processing fee of $0.50 applies to all canceled orders, as our payment processor charges this fee irrespective of timing. Note: Orders already packaged or shipped cannot be canceled.

  Order Cancellation Window: You may cancel an order within 3 days of placing it, provided it has not been processed for shipping.

  Order Cancellation Processing Time: Up to 5 business days.

How do I set my shipping address?
Please enter all address information using the English alphabet and standard English punctuation. If your address contains non-English characters (e.g., "ç"), please use the closest English equivalent (e.g., "c").

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order has been processed or shipped. We strongly recommend using a residential address rather than a business address to avoid potential customs delays.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on your selected shipping option and destination.

  Processing Time: Within 3 business days for order verification and quality checks.

  Shipping/Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days once dispatched from our facility.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships (usually within 24 hours of dispatch). Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by destination country customs.

How do I track my order?

Will I be charged customs and import taxes?
Product prices on our site are shown in USD and do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs authority upon arrival. We cannot cover these fees and are not liable for related delivery delays.

What are the shipping costs?

All orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


Discounts & Promotions

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one promotion or discount code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined with other ongoing sales or promotions.

How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 90 days of receipt. Contact our customer service at cs@coretyx.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions. All items must be in original, like-new condition with all protective films, packaging, and accessories intact and unused.

What if I receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item?
Please contact us immediately at cs@coretyx.com. Include your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue (e.g., damage, defect, DOA). For electronics, evidence should show the serial number and the device powered on if possible. We will resolve the matter promptly, often by sending a replacement without requiring the original item's return.

How long does the returns process take?
Return processing may take up to 14 business days after we receive your returned package. We will notify you via email once processing is complete.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of approval. For credit/debit cards, refunds are typically sent to your bank within 7-10 business days of us receiving the return. The time for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your bank's processing times. Please contact your card issuer if you have questions about the posting timeline.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.


Warranty & Data Security

What does your warranty cover?
Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 90 days from delivery. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, liquid contact, unauthorized modifications, cosmetic wear, battery degradation, or use with incompatible accessories/software. Products with removed/altered serial numbers are not covered.

What should I do before returning a device?
For your privacy and security, we strongly recommend you fully erase all personal data from any device before initiating a return. Coretyx is not responsible for any personal data remaining on a returned device.
